The creator of one of our forms does not work for us any longer and her email has been deactivated. We are not able to download or add collaborators to the form she created and need to be able to do that. Is there a way to change the administrator of the form so that we are able to share it and download it?

Regarding your issue, you can transfer the ownership of the form to another account. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the Data page of your Jotform account.
- Click on the Transfer Forms button at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered email.
- Select the form(s) you want to transfer.
- Click Transfer Forms to send the transfer request.
The new owner will need to accept the transfer request to complete the process.
This will allow you to add collaborators and download the form as needed.

Hi Jamie,
I saw that the form that you've mentioned is associated with a different account. As mentioned by our Podo AI support, you can transfer that form to your account, but you need to log in to the account associated with the form that you've mentioned. If you can no longer access that account, you can fill out our Account Recovery form, and our relevant team will review your request and reach out to you regarding the result. If you're having issues filling out the form, can you let us know about it so we can assist you with it?

NO, I do not have a transfer button option as I am not the creator of the form, a former employee is.

Unfortunately, without access to the original account, there is no direct way to change the form administrator or transfer ownership yourself.
If you no longer have access to the account that owns the form, you can fill out Jotform's Account Recovery form. The Jotform team will review your request and help you regain access if possible.
