Can AI Agent perform outbound actions?

Like lead comes in to our CRM, and AI agent sends the user an SMS/Whatsapp/E-mail and kicks in the conversation?

1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Actions.

3. Set up the Action like you see below and click on the Recipients tab: 

4. Next, on the Recipients tab enter the recipient email address and click on Save.
