Using Jotform for a conference app

I’m reaching out on behalf of WWF (World Wildlife Fund). We’re currently planning our annual internal Learning Day, which will take place on December 10, 2025, at our headquarters and nearby office spaces. The event will bring together approximately 700 staff members for a day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

We’re exploring conference app solutions to help manage the event and enhance the attendee experience. Key features we’re looking for include:

• Personalized agendas with the ability to mix and match sessions across multiple tracks
• Session descriptions and location details
• Push notifications for real-time updates
• Interactive features like feedback forms or Q&A
• Support for nonprofit organizations with modest budgets

Given that WWF is a nonprofit, we’d love to know if you offer nonprofit pricing or discounts. We’re aiming to keep costs reasonable while still providing a smooth and engaging experience for our staff.

Could you please share:

• A pricing overview (including any nonprofit rates)
• A list of features included in your plans
• Any recommendations based on our event size and structure

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily build apps with Jotform App Builder. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the screen.

2. In the menu that opens, select My Apps.

3. Now, click on Create App on the top-left side of the screen.

4. You can create an app from scratch, use our templates, or create a store. Select Start from Scratch if you want to create an app from scratch.

5. In App Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.

6. Then, drag and drop the elements you need to create your app.

After submitting the form, the information you sent will be reviewed, and we will respond to your application as soon as possible.
