    Hi e20186746,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Let me help you with that:

To create an email reminder in Jotform, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Form Builder and navigate to the Publish tab.
    2. Click Email on the left side.
    3. Select Schedule a Reminder Email.
    4. Set up your reminder email by customizing the subject, content, recipients, and schedule.
    5. Save your changes.

You can set how often the reminder emails are sent (daily, weekly, or monthly), choose the send date and time, and set start and end dates for the reminders.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi e20186746,

There is also a more advanced way to create a reminder. For example if you wanted to send the reminder 7 days before a given date. You can create this by using few logic conditions.

To do this, all you would need to do is add another date picker element to your form but hide it so it is invisible. This will be your "reminder date"

Then create a condition that says, if the date picker is filled, calculate field value. You would then make the equation, "date picker - 7". This will calculate a date that is 7 days before the picked date. You would then set the summary to the hidden field you created, the "reminder date."

Finally, under settings in the email tab, you can create an autoresponder email. Under advanced, you can open the Send Email Later option, and select the "reminder date" you created.

    Hope that helps.
