How to remove Jotform promotional ads?

Every time you have a promotion or are trying to sell a new service, you have a pop-up upon login. However, even though you provide a checkbox to stop these pop-ups, they never work. Over and over again, we have to see the same ads. As a paying customer this is very annoying, and I don't appreciate it. It makes me want to find another service, and it is flat out disrespectful to our wishes not to see them. Please fix this.
