Not receiving an email from Jotform when downloading submissions

    It seems the email with your 25 form submissions hasn't arrived yet. Please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes emails can be filtered there. Also, ensure your email is not on Jotform's bounce list by visiting your Account Settings. Adding Jotform's email addresses (noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com) to your email whitelist can improve delivery.

    If the issue persists, try downloading the submissions directly from Jotform Tables by selecting your form, clicking the Submissions button, and using the Download All or Download Attachments options.

    Hi Carson,

    Can you send us the link to the form you're referring to for us to investigate it further? Also, as mentioned by our Podo AI support, can you try whitelisting Jotform's domains and IP addresses to see if it's going to work?
