i log in, it says need code from the app, i put it in, and the green verify button does not click or do anything

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
In the meantime, you can try to clear your browser's cache, use incognito/private window, or use a different browser to see if it makes any difference.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
