Hello,
As a test, I sent a form to two separate emails. It has been over 1/2 hour and they have not been delivered. Is there something I have not done correctly to set up this function?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email logs and the emails were successfully sent. Check out the screenshots below:

Can you check your spam/trash folder and see how it goes? If found, mark it as not spam. Whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains to your email and add noreply@formresponse.com, noreply@jotform.com, noreply@jotmail.com to your contacts list.

received the emails sent to mmuellerborza@comcast.net. They are not in my
spam file. I am concerned, as when we start to send them to our clients we
cannot afford for them not to be delivered in a timely manner.

Hi Melanie,
Since the delivery to mmuellerborza@comcast.net still hasn’t gone through despite showing as sent in our logs, it’s possible that the recipient’s email service is filtering or delaying messages behind the scenes, even if they’re not showing up in spam. Can you try re-sending the form to that address and sending it to a different one for testing?
Also, try sending it from a different sender address to further reduce the chance of delivery issues. You can easily set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as provider. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.
3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
Then set up the Custom Sender Email in Form Email Alerts. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Select Emails in the menu on the left.
- Hover your mouse over the Notification Email or Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Select the Sender Email Dropdown menu and choose your custom sender email.
- Then, hit the Save button.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Okay, now I know how to read the email!! Thanks! Up until today all test
emails have worked perfectly. I would send them to both
mmuellerborza@aol.com and mmuellerborza@comcast.net. Can you tell me if any
of your other customers are experiencing the same problem today? If no one
has had any issues, I will need to contact our IT department for assistance.

Hi Melanie,
Currently, there are no widespread reports of email delivery issues from other Jotform users, which suggests that the problem may be specific to the recipient’s email service or configuration. I checked the email addresses again and confirmed that the email, m***l****o**a@a*l.c*m has been added to the Bounce List. Here's the reason why:
mmuellerborza@aol.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : bounced (host mx-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net[98.136.96.93] said: 553 5.7.2 [TSS09] All messages from 152.160.205.93 will be permanently deferred; Retrying will NOT succeed. See https://postmaster.yahooinc.com/error-codes (in reply to MAIL FROM command))
I've successfully removed the email from the Bounce List. The user should be able to received an email now. To prevent the email from being added to the Bounce List, I would recommend following the steps below:
- Check your Spam folder, look for any Jotform emails, and mark them as not spam.
- Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email contact list.
- Contact your email provider to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to their whitelist.
