How do I add a Professional Title a form?

I do not see an option for the client to add their professional title (i.e. CEO, Managing Partner, Director of Human Resources, ect.)

Can you please provide instructions on how to add this.

Hi Melanie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To allow your clients to enter their professional title, simply add a Short Text field to your form. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the +Add Field button at the upper left side of the panel to open the Form Element Menu.
2. Under the Basic tab, select the Short Text element and add it to your form.
3. Click on the Gear icon of the Short Text field, under the General tab, enter the Professional Title as a Form Label.
4. Then, go to the Advance tab, scroll down and toggle on the Shrink feature.

This will allow your clients to freely type in their professional titles. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to offer a predefined list of common titles, you can use a Dropdown field and add those titles as selectable options.
