Shopify: Add Product-Specific Questions to AI Agent

I've recently installed jotform on my Shopify store and I'm exploring how to train the AI agent to handle product-specific queries. I would appreciate your help in learning how to add questions like:

• “Show me red long dresses”
• “Do you have short black dresses?”
• “Can I see blue dresses for parties?”

Could you please guide me step by step on how to create and manage such custom questions inside the app?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For your connected Jotform AI Agent to recognize the products you have in your Shopify account, you'll need to add specifications on your product title and description, such as their colors, sizes and other variations. Take a look at the screenshot below for my example:

You can also use the Category metafields section for more specifications. Here's a screenshot for your reference:

With these being set up, they will stand as part of your connected AI Agent's Knowledge Base.
