Aplicación móvil Jotform: ¿Por qué se cierra mi sesión automáticamente cada vez que cambio a una pestaña o aplicación diferente?

Como se hace para que cada vez que cambio de pestaña o a otra aplicación y vuelvo al formulario, no tenga que lograrme otra vez?? Antes era así pero ahora cada dos por tres tengo que loguearme (Login)

Now, coming back to your question, Jotform sessions expire automatically after about two hours of inactivity for security reasons. On iPads, the system may close apps running in the background, which can cause you to be logged out when switching between apps.

As you may already know, one Jotform account is meant for one person only. The system might have detected something unusual about your recent login attempts, so you're automatically logged out and requested to log back in.

If you want, you can use Offline Mode to save your form to your device for filling out, or you can use Kiosk Mode, even without an internet connection. All submission data will be saved to your device and sent to your Inbox once you're connected to the internet. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. On your My Forms page, tap on the form that you want to access in Offline Mode.

2. On the bottom-right side of the menu that opens, toggle Offline Mode to the On position.

You can't use certain widgets and elements in Offline Mode because they require an internet connection to function properly. Let me show you how to use Kiosk Mode when you don't have an internet connection:

1. On your My Form page, tap on the form that you want to open in Kiosk Mode.

2. About halfway down in the menu that comes up, tap on Kiosk Mode.

3. Adjust the Kiosk Settings as you like and then tap on Launch Kiosk at the bottom. And that's it.

If you do not see the Kiosk Mode option in the menu, make sure you are using the official Jotform Mobile Forms app and that it is updated to the latest version.

Regarding modifying the inactivity timeout for automatic logout outside of Kiosk Mode, this is managed by Jotform’s security settings and cannot be changed manually. The session expires after approximately two hours of inactivity.

I have Cleared your Form Cache on my end to refresh your forms and as a precaution. I have also flushed your login attempts so you can now go ahead and try to log in to your mobile app.

Now, coming back to your question, as I understand, your screenshots are showing your Workspace opened by the means of a browser. But the Kiosk mode is available only when using the Jotform Mobile app. You might want to install Jotform Mobile on your mobile or tablet, and check out this guide about How to Use Kiosk Mode in Jotform Mobile Forms.
