How do I add more option to my form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If by more option you’re referring to adding additional fields, you can easily do this by adding more form elements. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Just drag and drop any element where you want it on your form.

That's it. If you’re referring to adding more options to a field, for example Department in your case, you can do that by adjusting the element’s settings. Let’s do it:

1. Click on the field you like to add options to.

2. Select the Gear icon on the right of the field.

3. On the properties menu, go to the Options tab.

4. Add your options to the Options box.
