Issue With Receiving Password Reset Email

    Hello,

    I’m trying to log in to my account but forgot my password. I clicked on “Forgot Password” and was informed that reset instructions were sent to my email, but I have not received the email.

    Could you please assist with this issue or advise on the next steps?

    Hi Vanessa,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address, and I see that it is in our bounce list. Below are the reason logs:

    Reason(s) : bounced (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=phoenicianpain.care type=A: Host not found)

    I removed it from the bounce list, so you should now receive email notifications again. To help improve email deliverability, I suggest whitelisting Jotform IPs and domains. You may try resetting your password again.
