Hello,
I’m trying to log in to my account but forgot my password. I clicked on “Forgot Password” and was informed that reset instructions were sent to my email, but I have not received the email.
Could you please assist with this issue or advise on the next steps?

Hi Vanessa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address info@phoenicianpain.care and can see that it's added to the Bounce list for the reason below:
Reason(s) : bounced (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=phoenicianpain.care type=A: Host not found)
This is the reason why they're not receiving email notifications. I have successfully removed the email address from the Bounce list, so they should be receiving incoming email notifications now. I suggest whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains to prevent important emails from being marked as spam or blocked by your email provider. Can you try resetting your Jotform account password again? Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
