Hi,
I just logged into Jotform and none of my forms are showing.
Had this issue before, and they somehow got my forms to show back up again.
Please help troubleshoot.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that your forms are not showing up in your account, and you have experienced this issue before. I checked your account and noticed there are currently no forms. Can you make sure you are logged in in the correct Jotform account, or can you check if the forms have been deleted? Forms in the trash are kept for a limited time (30 days for forms that were automatically trashed, unless purged earlier) before being permanently deleted. Can you send us a link to one of your forms so we can check the account behind it?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hi Andreas.
I have not deleted any forms.
I am logged into the right account.
This same issue happened back in April, and I was able to regain my account access to all my forms and ADMIN forms.

Hi Kevin,
It seems that this form belongs to an Enterprise account. You can log in with the Enterprise account login credentials to see the form. If you are supposed to be a sub-user, you can reach out to your admin to check the status and see if there's a need for them to invite you again. If your admin needs support, have them reach out to Enterprise Support.
We have a guide that explains how to create a ticket for Enterprise Support here. Just have them create a ticket there, and someone from the Enterprise Support Team will get in touch with them shortly. Note that you can only create a support ticket under an Enterprise account.

Hi Jeric,
This is the second time I've encountered this issue. I only have one account, I'm already an admin, but for whatever reason, I lose access to all my forms.
The last time this happened; the only resolution was to delete my account and re-add me.
We can't keep going through this, we pay way too much as a company to use your platform to be encountering these issues every couple of months.
Please escalate this support ticket with someone who can help resolve it from your side. Having to delete my account and re-add me is not a sustainable solution for us.
