I have a jotform where people submit videos. When the videos are vertical, they get uploaded to google drive, but horizontal videos do NOT get uploaded to google drive. Why is this happening? Please tell me how to fix it

Hi Coach,
I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Horizontal videos not uploading to Google Drive while vertical ones do could be related to how the videos are processed or transcoded before upload. Jotform uses integrations like Ziggeo for video handling, which transcodes videos to compatible formats.
To fix this, ensure your form's video upload settings allow for all video orientations and formats. Also, check the Google Drive integration setup in your workflow to confirm it supports the video files being uploaded, regardless of orientation.
If you use the Ziggeo Video Recorder widget, verify that videos are properly transcoded and accessible in your Ziggeo dashboard. Adjusting widget or integration settings might resolve the upload issue with horizontal videos.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Coach,
Since horizontal videos upload to Jotform but not to Google Drive, the issue likely lies in the Google Drive integration settings or how the files are processed before transfer.
Here’s what you can do to fix it:
- Check your Google Drive integration setup in your workflow to ensure it supports all video orientations and formats.
- Verify the video processing settings in your form or any video widget you use (like Ziggeo), making sure videos are properly transcoded and accessible.
- Test with different video formats to see if the issue is related to specific file types or sizes.
Adjusting these settings should help resolve the upload issue with horizontal videos.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi rishfits,
Are you referring to the Clone of Free Mobility Assessment form? If so, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
