Hallo, ich plane eine Veranstaltung in diesem Jahr und würde für die Anmeldung gerne jotform nutzen. Ein Abo ist mir allerdings zu teuer (und ich brauche es auch nur für einen Monate) und daher würde ich gerne ein Abo für Bronze abschliessen, dann aber kündigen bzw. downgraden. Muss ich dann trotzdem mindestens ein Jahr bezahlen?

Now, coming back to your question, No, you don't have to pay for a full year. Jotform offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans.

If you only need the Bronze plan for one month, you can:

1. Select the Bronze monthly plan when upgrading your account.
2. Use it for your event registration needs.
3. Cancel or downgrade before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.

As long as you choose the monthly billing option, you'll only be charged for that month. Then you can easily Cancel Your Subscription, but you’ll need to do it on the desktop version of Jotform, as it’s not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.

3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
