Jotform App: Change the Avatar Showing in the Upper-Right Corner

HOW DO I CHANGE THE AVATAR ON MY MEMBERS APP TO OUR ORGANZATION LOGO? IT ONLY SHOWS UP ON MY MY APP NOT THEIRS

ITS DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE ADDED MY ORGANIZATION LOGO AND IT ONLY SHOWS UP ON MINE NOT MY MEMBERS APP

Cn you try to clear your browser's cache to refresh the page, then try again changing the Avatar icon on your App Builder. If the issue persists, I suggest to try in different browsers, such as Firefox, Edge, Safari, or Incognito mode to rule out any browser-related conflicts.

If the same thing happened again, can you share with us a screen recording of what's happening, or while changing Avatar icon, so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

It is still not working. I need to talk to a person. I dont know if there is a miss communication or what. The app ICON is change and the app shows up with our origination logo on their phone. I need to change the avatar I believe its called in the actual app in the right hand corner when they open the app. I want that to be our logo.

Are you referring to the Avatar that appears in the top-right corner of the page, as shown in the screenshot below?

If yes, the Avatar actually appears when you are logged in to your account when opening the app. But if users access your app, they won't see your avatar. Here's a screenshot of how it would look like:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

I've gone ahead and escalated a request to our Developers to remove the Avatar from the top-right corner of the app's main page. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

The developers are reviewing the possibility of removing this avatar, but this does not automatically mean your organization's logo will appear in that spot for all members. The app icon you set in the App Builder will continue to show as the app icon on members' devices, but the avatar in the top-right corner is tied to individual user accounts and cannot be customized to show your organization logo at this time.

If there are updates or new features that allow more customization of this avatar area, the support team will update you on this thread.
