Checking account status

I want to double-check to make certain we are 'operational.' We are a nonprofit that meets once a month for Free, and I want to use JotForm as a way to sign up members for meetings. I believe I've done this correctly. Can some check it and make sure I'm live and on the FREE plan since we only planning to use the signup sheet once a month for a maximum of 100 RSVPs.
