Requesting to enable the disabled form

We have been using Jotform for the past five years to collect applications for B.Tech admissions. However, this time we are facing an issue — the forms have been disabled.

We request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and enable the forms as soon as possible. The forms are critical for our admission process, and we need them to be operational immediately.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

    Hi Sandhya,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, none of your forms appear to be manually disabled, but I confirmed that your account is currently marked as Overlimit due to exceeding your Upload Storage capacity. This is likely the reason your forms are not accessible, as Jotform automatically disables forms when storage limits are exceeded.

To fix this, I would recommend purging the submission with uploaded file to reset your Upload Storage. Let me show you how:

    1. In Table, select all the Submission with Uploaded File and click on the Delete button at the upper right side of the navigation bar.
    2. Then, confirm the deletion by selecting the Move to Trash button in the dialog box.

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
