I just recently set up Agent Presenter and am testing it. My workspace shows I have used only 16 conversations, yet Jotform says I have used all 100 of my alloted conversations.
I have not distributed this widely and maybe 5 people have tested it. Please take a look and explain why I only see 16 and not the 100 system says

Hi Bill,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and saw that you already have 52 AI conversations from all your AI Agents in your account. I've recalculated your monthly limits and cleared your form cache. Can you try to check your Account usage again and see if it will now show the correct AI conversation count? Let me show you how to view your Monthly usage in your Account settings:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.

Thank you. I see that the total was cleared but now i see 67 and all I did was edit the agent, run it once and preview a few times

Hi Bill,
Note that your monthly conversation usage can't be cleared, but only recalculated so that the count reflects the actual usage. Any conversation started with your AI agent will count towards your monthly conversation limit. Your monthly limits reset every first of each month. If you require more than the current limit, consider upgrading your account to increase it immediately. Upgrading your account is easy. Let me show you how:
1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.
2. In the Choose Your Payment Schedule section, select Yearly or Monthly.
3. Then, enter your billing details in the Billing details section.
4. In the Choose your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
5. If you choose Credit/Debit Card, you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information below the Credit/Debit Card option.
6. Next, in the top-right corner of the page, in the Summary section, tick the box next to I’ve read and agree to the Terms of Service, and click on Pay.
But, if you select PayPal as the payment, a PayPal Payment window will open, where you can log in and complete your payment after clicking on the Pay with PayPal button. Check out this screenshot below:
After the subscription is successfully paid, the features and limits for the chosen subscription plan will be applied to your account right away.

do PREVIEWS count as 'conversations' ?

Hi Bill,
Yes, testing the AI agent and using the preview feature also count as conversations towards your monthly limit. Any interaction with the AI agent, including previews, will be included in your usage count.
