    Hi there,

We are a grant fund that offers grants to musicians and music managers. We run an application process once a year.

Aside from a lot of general information we need the form to be able to do the following:

Applicants can embed music we can easily listen to

Applicants can embed images we don't have to download separately to review

    Have active links

Include embeds of videos (this is not as essential as the songs / images).

Allow external users from outside of our organisation to log in and review the applications easily - adding notes about their thoughts, perhaps even a rating system.

Would love to know what is possible. We have been using formstack but it cannot do the things we want it to do! We get about 250+ applications per year.

    Thanks,

    Stacia

    Hi Stacia,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me walk you through what is possible with Jotform based on your requirements. In Jotform, you can use the Upload Field Element. With the Upload Element, your form users can upload these types of files:

pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif

Image 1 Screenshot 20While Jotform does not have a direct Spotify embed widget, you can use a Short or Long Text Field to collect their embed codes, but this won't play within the form. However, with the Upload Field, you can download and play the file once you review this in your Submission Table. As for the images, you can view thumbnails on the tables, but if the file is big, you may need to download to view it.

For collaborating external users, we offer Jotform Forms, Tables and Jotform Inbox where submissions are collected and can be reviewed. To allow external users to log in and review applications with notes and ratings, you can add collaborators on your Tables and Forms.
