How to view conversation history without logging in

    Hi,

    I intend to install this on my company website as a chatbot once i'm done configuring the agent. The chatbot is linked to a form, which the user will be prompted to fill up, and they will receive an email with their responses afterwards.

    I noticed that in the auto respond email, if they click "view conversation history", they will be directed to Jotform website itself, which means they need to create an account in order to view the conversation history. Is there a way they can view the history without creating an account?

    Hi Bryan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Right now, if users want to view their conversation history from the link in the autoresponder email, they’ll need to have a Jotform account and be logged in. There isn’t a way to let them access the chat history without signing in, since authentication is required to keep everything private and secure.
