Hello Jotform Team,
I have a few people who registered for an event, but cannot find the confirmation in their inbox. I confirmed in my settings/email tab that the confirmation was sent.
Is there a way I can resend the confirmation to a registrant?
Thank you!

Hi Brittany,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To resend a confirmation or autoresponder email to a registrant, you can do this manually by following these steps:
- Go to your form's Submissions page.
- Find the registrant's submission you want to resend the confirmation to.
- Click on the "More" button or the three-dot menu on that submission.
- Select "Resend Email" or "Send Autoresponder" (wording may vary) to resend the confirmation email.
This will resend the autoresponder email to the registrant's email address as per your form settings.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Can you show me where the "More Button" is on the submission? When I click the three dots on the submission, I don't see an option to Select "Resend Email" or "Send Autoresponder" (wording may vary) to resend the confirmation email.

Hi Brittany,
The "More" button is usually represented by three dots on the submission entry in your Submissions page. However, if you don't see an option to resend the email there, Jotform currently does not have a direct resend autoresponder feature from the submissions list.
As a workaround, you can manually forward the submission email from your email client or ask the registrant to check their spam/junk folder. Also, verify your autoresponder settings under Settings > Emails to ensure everything is configured correctly.
If you need to resend the confirmation frequently, consider downloading the submission data and sending a custom email outside Jotform.

Hi Brittany,
I checked out your MIPCON 2025 form and saw that the autoresponder emails were set up properly. You can ask your users to check their spam or junk folders since the email might've landed there. If they don’t see it, you can also suggest they log into their inbox directly through a browser instead of an email app, just in case there’s a sync issue with the app they’re using.
You can also view your form's email history to check for failed emails. You can easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
- Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
If you see the emails marked as successful, you can go ahead and try resending them. You can easily send submission details by adding an Email Button to your Jotform Table. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and click on the Buttons tab.
- Now, select Send Email, click on Next, and enter a column name, then click on Next again.
- Select the email you want, or click on the Create an Email button to set up a new one as needed.
- Then, click on the Create Column button, and you're done.
You can also check out How to Send Email With Form Data in Jotform Tables guide for more information.
If the emails still aren’t coming through after you resend them, you can share a few of the addresses that aren’t getting them so we can check things on our end.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
