How do my members change their avatar on the app they downloaded?

How do my members change their avatars on their app. I have it as our logo on the app I created but on theirs it shows what they are calling the evil looking cat..lol. Is there away for them to personalize it or can it be changed to our logo

Currently, members cannot personalize their avatars on the app individually. The app owner can customize the app's icon and name, such as setting it to your logo, but this change applies to the app itself, not to each user's avatar.

If you want to change the app icon to your logo, you can do so in the App Builder under Settings > App Name & Icon. There you can upload your custom image as the app icon.

Unfortunately, users cannot replace the default avatar (like the "evil looking cat") with a personalized image on their end.

If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
