2025-2026 SMART Educator Pathway: Confirm or Decline

The condition is not working. I need the participants to inform us if they will be in the project. However, I've set the condition that if they choose 'no', then they receive an alternate Thank You, but it's too much work. When I preview and select 'no', it just continues to the next page.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked you form and can see that the condition linked for the Do you plan to participate in the 2025-2026 SMART Educator Pathway? field was set for the Thank You Page. Note that it will only be triggered once the form was submitted.

To apply a condition so that the next page will not show up when they choose No is to hide the fields on the next page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orang navigation bar on top of the page.
2. Click Conditions on the left side panel.
3. Click on Add Condition and select Show/Hide Field.
4. Copy the Condition below then click Save.
