How to change the form link back to old one?

We created a form that we used the link to the form in a QR code and spent lots of money to get them printed. I was NOT aware that if I updated the form, that the link would change and now we have all these printed ads and the QR code link does not work.

Will you please support us and change our form link back to this link for our roof tune up? These have already been delivered!

    Hi Megan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Unfortunately, once a form link is updated, the original link cannot be restored. However, I recommend not deleting or cloning forms if you want to keep the same link active. For now, you might consider updating your QR code to the new form link to ensure it works properly.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Megan,

Unfortunately, once a form link changes, it cannot be reverted to the old link. Since the QR codes are already printed, the best option is to update the QR codes with the new form link to ensure they work properly.

If you need help with updating your form or creating a new QR code, I can guide you through the process.

Can you send us the old form link that you have for us to investigate it?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Megan,

You can try changing your form link back to your old one. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and click on the Pencil icon on the right side of your form link on the upper part of the page.

    2. Enter your old form link on the upper part of the page, and click on Apply on the right side of it.

After that, can you test your form again to see if it's going to work?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Megan,

Yes, using your domain in your form link, like the one below, is only available with Jotform Enterprise:

    https://forms.yourcompanydomain.com/formId

But, you can add a Custom URL to your form. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
    2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button
    4. Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.

    https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname
