Form Name is Not Updated When URL is Shared

    I have changed the survey title, and for some reason, on my JF profile, I can see the revised title, but when I share the link to the survey, the title has not been modified.


    Please make the necessary updates and corrections.

    CORRECT AND UPDATED TITLE SHOULD DISPLAY

    Consumidores y Corredores Unidos en Puerto Rico


    The title should say and display nothing else.

    Hi Michelle, 

    It's easy to change the text that appears on the browser tab. We'll just edit the Page Title in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
    3. Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
