    Buonasera,

    da qualche giorno per il moduli

    quando usiamo l'opzione scarica in "scarica in formata pdf"

    il file scaricato è in un altro formato, che allego non posso nemmeno allegarvi perché Jotform non lo accetta. Quindi non posso allegare nessun file in altri moduli.

    Potete verificare?

    Hi Silvia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested one of your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    File PDF con estensione mancante Image 1 Screenshot 40Can you try to download again the submission data as PDF and see if the issue still persists in your end? If so, for us to check on this further, we’ll need access to your account. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    In addition to my response, Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Hi Silvia,

    Thank you for enabling Support Access. I checked your tables and tested downloading PDFs. I ran into the same issue with some submissions. We've implemented a temporary fix for those 2 forms, and you should be able to download any PDF without the same issue happening.

    I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers so that they can look into this an implement a more permanent solution to make sure this isn't an issue in the future. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here in this thread.

    We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.
