Hi Ranch99,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since this is an autoresponder email, it doesn't include the Edit Submission link by default like the notification email does. But you can manually add it to allow the Head of Store Operations to edit the submission. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
4. Click on the Email Content window, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.
5. Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.
After submitting the form, submitters will receive an email like the one below. Once they click on it, they'll be able to edit their submission:
Reach out again if you have any more questions.

Thank you, I have done as suggested but the following message appears
Your mail content cannot be saved because it has more than 65k characters.

Hi Ranch99,
There's a limit of 65k characters, which includes the source code of the Autoresponder or Notification email. The more you add a text or image to the email message, that generates more codes. There's no other way to go around this than to lessen the text entered into the email message. You can delete some of the text or image, Jotform Logo for example, and other table rows that are not needed.
Another option is you delete the email content and just leave the edit submission link. You can inform form fillers to download the PDF copy of their form response. The submission PDF copy can be attached to the email. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
