Import Product details to Product List Widget

Good day

Is there a way I can import 180 codes with descriptions and unit cost into Jotform? I would like to use this as a purchase order for our operations team. But I seem to have no luck in doing this. This is how the spreasheet looks like.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a way of bulk importing products into the Product List widget. The adding must be done manually, and there is no way to import or export product data automatically.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Great news, the feature you requested is now available! 🎉

You can now import products directly into the Product List using multiple methods:

👉 You’ll find the new Import button in the Product List settings.

• CSV / Excel: Upload your file and our AI will automatically detect and map your data to product fields. You can review, edit, or even generate missing fields with AI before completing the import.
• PDF / Image: Our AI will detect and extract product data for you.
• Shopify: Simply export your Shopify inventory, the exported file is fully supported for direct import.

WooCommerce support is also on the way!
