Hi, please let me know how to proceed with this:
https://form.jotform.com/243092304723046
I'd like to add the line "Click to find out how we reward our clients who refer us" directly after the question "Is there anything else you’d like us to know about this referral?"
When someone clicks this line, it should automatically redirect them to a page where they can view our referral incentives and simply click to select their preferred reward.

Hi jacksonmillan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a link to the Thank You Page on your form to Redirect Users After Submission. This way, once someone finishes the first form, they'll be automatically directed to the second form. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
- Now, select Redirect to External Link and paste the URL of the second form.
Or, you can add a Paragraph field to your form and hyperlink the website to link. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Click on your Paragraph element, and then click on the Edit Text Icon.
- Then, add a text and Hyperlink on the URL you have.
- Hover your mouse over the Check Icon to Save it.

Hi Danilo, thanks for your reply.
In any of the two ways you mentioned, does it tell us what referral they have chosen? As much as possible we want to keep the responses in the same form so we know what their option is.

Hi jacksonmillan,
Are you referring to these options at the bottom of the form?
If yes, the answer will be collected as long as the form is submitted. So, for the 2nd suggestion, the users must go back to the form if they get redirected and click the Submit button to submit the form.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Gian,
If we proceed with Option 1 (redirecting to a URL on the Thank You page), will the responses be captured in two separate forms?
The first form would collect personal and referral details, while the second form would record the preferred incentive. -

Hi jacksonmillan,
Since the Referrer Incentive selection is made directly within your existing form, the chosen incentive will be recorded as part of that single submission. This means you'll find the specific incentive option the user selected directly within the submission tables and inbox for that original form.
The reason it doesn't create a separate record is that your form is designed for a single submission process. The hyperlink you've included in your form directs users to an external website, not another form created in Jotform. If you wanted separate records, you would need to link to an entirely new Jotform that would then generate its unique submission.
Reach out again if there's anything else we can help you with.
