HIPAA Compliant forms with conversion rates and basic analytics

We're looking into using Jotform's HIPAA compliant forms but would want to know first if there's a way to have simple analytics such as where the user came from and when the user dropped through the process as well as conversion rates.

• Number of form views and submissions over different time periods
• Conversion rates, so you’ll know what percentage of users completed the form after viewing it
• Where users came from, including their location and device type

You can easily view form responses and views for different time periods in Form Analytics for each form. Let me show you how you check it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo and select Form Analytics.
2. Under your form's name, click on This Month, All-time, or Custom to change the time filters.
3. Click on Device, Platform, or Location to view more information about the form submitter.
