I can change the avatar's voice but i cannot change the avatar's face. Why?

Hi Yuri,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. If you're referring to the AI Agent, there's an option in the agent builder to change the avatar. Let me walk you through it:
1. In AI Agent Builder, click on the Blue Roller Paint icon on the right side of the page.
2. In the right panel, under the Avatar tab, there you'll be able to choose the avatar of your choice in the gallery, generate your own based on the description, or upload one.

I’ve been trying this all morning. I upload an avatar (a JPG file) and the Edit Image box appears. I remove the background. I click Save. There’s spinning in the Save button for a moment.
Nothing happens. The Edit Image box remains open. If I close it, the file is not uploaded. -

I tested changing the avatar on my end and was able to update it without any issues. The process worked as expected, and the new avatar was applied successfully. You can refer to the screencast below to see a step-by-step view of how it looked during my test.
- The upload process may take a moment, so you can wait for the Save button to finish processing.
- Ensure your image file is in a supported format like JPG or PNG and is not too large.
- If the Edit Image box remains open and the file is not uploaded, try refreshing the page and repeating the upload process.
- Currently, the avatar change applies to all channels where the avatar is visible, including chatbot and voice chat.
