Is there a way to pre populate a checklist on on Jotform Board tasks?

Hi Bhattacharya_Ash,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform Boards allows you to create and manage tasks, but there isn't a direct feature to pre-populate a checklist within the tasks themselves on the Board.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
But, you can create a checklist app using Jotform Apps, which can function as a checklist for daily tasks or onboarding processes. This app can include multiple forms that users need to complete, and you can enable features like marking tasks as completed and resetting checklists at intervals.
Alternatively, you can automate task creation on your boards using Jotform Workflows. This lets you automatically add tasks to your boards based on form submissions or specific conditions, which can help streamline your process.
If you want to manage connected forms and map form fields to task fields on your board, you can connect forms to your boards and set up field matching to keep task data organized.
