Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Using our platform Jotform, you can either choose one of our Ready-made App Templates to clone and customize, or you can use the Jotform Apps Builder to Create You Own App with multiple forms. Here’s how you can do it:
On your My Forms page, click on My Forms on the top-left side of the page. In the window that opens up, click on My Apps.
Click on CreateApp, then select StartFromScratch. This will redirect you to the App Builder page.
You can add buttons to your App and connect the preferred form to every button:
In App Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page
Add a Buttonelement to your App.
Click on the Gearicon of the Buttonelement.
Select Open Form in the ButtonAction section and select your form.
You can add multiple buttons for your forms, or you can add the forms directly to a page, as you can see below:
First, add a page to your App, then you can add the forms to it:
In App Builder, click on the Add Page button at the bottom of the page.
Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
Add multiple Form elements to your App and select the form from your account.
Also, you can add a button element and navigate it to that page for the multiple forms option:
In AppBuilder, click the Add Element menu, and select the Button element.
Click on the Gearicon of your Buttonelement.
In the ButtonAction section, select the Navigate to Page option, then choose the MultipleFormsPage.
Once your users submit the forms, you will be notified by email, and you can check the submissions on your App submissions:
