Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked for an account using your email address but couldn’t find a Jotform account linked to it. If you’re using a different email for the suspended account you mean, let us know so we can check. You can also share a link to one of your forms and we’ll trace the account from there and update you about its status.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
