Hi Dhee,
I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To fix the alignment issue in your autoresponder itinerary email, you can adjust the email content and layout settings in your form's Email settings:
- Go to the Form Builder and click on the Settings tab.
- Select Emails on the left side, then edit your autoresponder email.
- Customize the Email Content to fix alignment by adjusting text formatting or using HTML for better control.
Also, check the Advanced tab for options like hiding empty fields or attaching PDFs, which may affect layout.
If you want to align form elements specifically, you can use custom CSS in the Form Designer to control text alignment and layout.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Dhee,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use table for the itinerary details, so the information will be aligned. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
3. Hover your mouse on the autoresponder email and then click on the Pencil icon.
4. Click the Table icon on the Email contents section, and then select the number of cells you will be needing.
5. Once you added the details on the table, click on Save button.
That's it. You can clone my cloned form to check it. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my result:
