You can change the notification email recipient in Jotform. Here's how:

1. Go to the Settings tab in the Form Builder.
2. Select the Emails Tab on the left side of the settings page.
3. Hover over the email notification you want to modify and click on the pencil icon.
4. Go to Recipient tab of the email notification
5. Add the recipients' email addresses under the Recipient Email section.
6. Click Save button to save your changes

In addition, the Starter (Free) accounts can only add one recipient per email notification. You can find more information about Jotform's account usage and limit user guide.
