How do I reduce my total used Upload Space?

    Hi,

I reached the total upload limit of 100MB on the Free plan so I deleted most of the submissions, but the total storage used hasn't decreased. Does it take some time for the deleted files to reflect/be processed?

    Thanks,

    David

    Hi David,

After deleting the submissions, make sure to delete them in the trash too, so the Upload Space gets updated. Otherwise, you'll need to wait 30 days. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions should free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space, but won’t affect other limits. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
