i did a lot of forms but my account does not show this. Can you reactivate it please

Thanks for answering Billy so if you have a any Voucher just let me know so I can upgrade my account even before Black Friday actions i usually take your service if there is special offers because I'm a very small company and have to take care about the money very much so I would preciate if you can give me a really good discount for my next order regards Oliver
