    hello sent the pii document request a few days ago

    do you know when will our team be able to get access again to our account ?

    Hi rocio basso,

    Thanks for using Jotform. We take our user's security and privacy very seriously. KYC is a process we developed to help legitimate organizations collect PII while following our terms. Collecting PII without verification is not allowed. KYC is only required once.

    As your forms include fields that collecting sensitive information, we'll need to verify the organization and the account owner. You can check out our Terms, Privacy and Security pages and the email subjected as "Action Required: Your forms will be disabled if you won't provide us with some key information" for more information about it.

    Once you fill out the KYC form, we'll review it and let you know about your forms' status.pii question  Image 1 Screenshot 20
