Conserver les entrées archivées affichées dans la boîte d'envoi de l'expéditeur

Bonjour,

j'ai une question au sujet des boites de réception.

Depuis la boite de réception de mon formulaire, je peux archiver des notes de frais.

Cependant dès lors que j'archive une note de frais la personne qui à fait la note de frais ne peut plus la consulter depuis sa boite de réception.

Y a t-il une solution pour que les personnes puissent consulter leurs notes de frais même si je l'archive ?

Now, coming back to your question, if you archive an entry, the submission will also get hidden from the submitter's Sentbox. However, if you add a user as a collaborator on your form's Inbox, the user will have access to the Archived tab. Keep in mind that if a user is added as an Inbox collaborator, the user can access all submissions, not only theirs. If this works for you, let me show you how to do it:

1. In the Inbox, click the Share button at the top of the page.
2. Under Invite By Email, add the user's email address.
3. Update the access settings to Collaborator.
4. Click the Send Invitation Email.
