No logro tener acceso a mi cuenta

    Hola,

    Mi nombre es Arlette Venegas y tengo problemas para iniciar sesión en mi cuenta con el correo arlette.venegas@genbbqoffice.com.

    El problema es que el autenticador de dos factores me niega el acceso, aunque he intentado varias veces con diferentes aplicaciones de autenticador y también he eliminado y vuelto a agregar la app sin éxito.

    Necesito ayuda para poder acceder nuevamente a mi cuenta.

    I am trying to fill out the form you sent me but I am only an employee, the main account is for the company where I work Gen BBQ Korean and I don't have all the payment information or details you are requesting.
