Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your Widget Settings and saw that your Google Maps API Key is missing. To add your API Key you can follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the Google Maps Platform > Credentials page.
    2. On the Credentials page, click Create credentials > API key.
    3. The API key created dialog displays your newly created API key.
    4. Click on Close.

    The new API key is listed on the Credentials page under API keys.(Remember to restrict the API key before using it in production.) If you already have a project in your Google Developer dashboard, check if the project is active and the API key is correct. After copying your API key, you can follow the steps below to add it to the widget settings:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon next to the Geolocation Widget.
    2. In Widget Settings, paste your API Key under Google Maps API Key header.
    3. Click on Update to save changes.
