I keep receiving error messages when I try to log into my account from my laptop; however, I am able to see the form from the app on my phone. The phone tpp doesn't allow me to see any submissions and it states that I don't have any submissions. I even tried to reset the password and keep receiving the message that there's an error on the page and to reload. I've done that multiple times and still unable to log in.

Hi Alicia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that there was a guest account associated with your email address that did not contain any data. I’ve gone ahead and removed that guest account, which should now allow you to log in to your main account without any issues.
