Hi Aly,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To help us investigate this further, could you provide a bit more detail about the issue? For example:
- Are you seeing any error messages when submitting the form?
- Which form are you integrating with Zoho CRM?
- Are the mapped fields in Jotform and Zoho CRM correctly matched? For example, name, email, and phone.
- Is the integration set to create leads, contacts, or another module in Zoho?
- Have you recently changed your Zoho CRM account permissions, authentication, or field structure?
In the meantime, I recommend re-authenticating the Zoho CRM integration in your form settings. Here’s how to do it:
First, we need to delete the old Zoho CRM Integration in your form. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Integrations tab on the left side of the page.
- Search for Zoho Integration and click it.
- Click on the three-dot button.
- Click on the Delete Action option.
- Click on the Yes, Delete button.
Next, we need to authenticate again the Zoho CRM Integration. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Integrations tab on the left side of the page.
- Search for Zoho Integration and click it.
- Click on the Add Action button.
- Set up the fields based on your preference and click on the Save button.
