I an adding new forms and my billing submission is not updating my account with new forms. I have attached a screen shot of what it sends me . Please assist

I see that you're reaching out to us with the Jotform account under the email address conrad@recoveryworksllc.com and this account doesn't have any forms associated with it, this may be the reason you're not receiving any other email from the form. Can you share with us the Form URL of the form you're experiencing this issue?
