How can collaborators see download button on their screen when I have given them collaboration designation?

I have identified collaborators and sent them the link to be able to update and download tables. I have shared as private with coll. The collaborator's emails and sent a link for them to try. There is no button to download or a drop down menu. I have tried using it with the link and I do not see it also. I had problems editing a field too.

How do I make it so they can edit and download tabs in tables?
