Allow collaborators to download or print submissions

    I have tables where collaborators will need to add notes to various tabs in a table. I have added them as collaborators and said they could edit. I copy and send the link to me. Now the Download button does not appear. How can they download or even print the table?

    Hi HNEC,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible to give collaborators the ability to download the submission data as long as the access setting of the tables is either Private or Company access. Enabling the download and print option for the collaborators is easy. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Submission Tables, click on Share in the upper right corner.
    2. In the Modal that pops up, select Share Settings.
    3. Go to Apply Limitations and select either Show Print Button or Show Download Button, or you can choose both.
